1. These terms

These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries you make through it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are

Bikeloft (also written Bike Loft) is a pre-owned two-wheeler showroom at TC 18/1888(1), JRA 402 A, Jai Nagar, Thirumala-Thrikkannapuram Rd, Alappuram, Nareencheril, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala 695006, India.

3. This website does not sell vehicles

Nothing on this website is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. You cannot buy, pay for or reserve a vehicle here. Every listing is an invitation for you to contact us. A sale takes place only in person at our showroom, once the paperwork is signed and payment is made.

4. About the vehicle listings

• Availability changes constantly. Our stock list is published live and updated as vehicles arrive and leave, but a vehicle shown as available may have been sold or booked shortly beforehand. Please confirm before making a journey.
• Vehicle details such as year of manufacture, number of previous owners, registration details and insurance validity are taken from the vehicle's own papers and are passed on in good faith.
• Odometer readings are reported as displayed by the vehicle. We cannot guarantee that a reading was not altered before the vehicle came to us.
• Photographs show the actual vehicle wherever possible. Where a photograph is not yet available a placeholder graphic is shown instead. Colours can look different from one screen to another.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and can change without notice. An obvious error in a price does not oblige us to honour it.
• Sold vehicles stay listed deliberately, marked "Sold Out", as a record of stock that has moved. They are not available for purchase.

5. Enquiries and bookings

The enquiry and valuation buttons open WhatsApp with a message already prepared. Sending that message starts a conversation. It does not reserve a vehicle and does not create any obligation on either side. A booking exists only once we have received a booking amount and confirmed it to you.

6. The EMI calculator

The calculator on this site is an arithmetic aid, nothing more. It applies a flat rate to the figures you type in, which is the way two-wheeler finance is normally quoted, and is not the same as a bank's reducing balance rate. It is not a quotation and not an offer of credit. It ignores processing fees, documentation charges, insurance, taxes and your credit history. Your actual monthly instalment, interest rate and tenure are decided solely by the financier.

7. Test rides

Test rides are offered at our discretion and require a valid driving licence for that class of vehicle. During a test ride you are responsible for riding lawfully, and for any fine, penalty, damage or loss arising from the way the vehicle is ridden.

8. Finance

We introduce customers to banks and non-banking financial companies. We are not a lender. We cannot promise that any application will be approved, nor what rate or tenure will be offered. The agreement, once made, is between you and the financier.

9. Registration transfer and documents

Where we agree to handle the transfer of registration, we will submit the required forms and follow the matter up. The timeline depends on the Regional Transport Office and is outside our control. Transfers involving another state additionally require a no objection certificate and take longer.

10. Selling or exchanging your vehicle

Valuations are free, are based on a physical inspection, and hold good only on the day they are given. When selling a vehicle to us you confirm that you own it and are entitled to sell it, and that it is free of any loan, hypothecation, pending penalty or legal claim except anything you have told us about in writing. You will need to provide the registration certificate, insurance papers and all keys.

11. Condition and warranty

Pre-owned vehicles are sold in their existing condition. Where we issue a written warranty, what it covers, for how long, and what it excludes are set out in that warranty document, and that document prevails over anything said on this website.

12. Using this website properly

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to any part of it you are not meant to reach, extract its content in bulk by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful.

13. Our content

The Bikeloft name, the logo, the design of this site and its text and photographs belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent.

14. Links to other places

This site links to WhatsApp, Google Maps and our social media pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

15. Availability of this site

The site is provided as it is. Our stock list depends on a third party service, so it may occasionally be slow or briefly unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

16. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including any loss caused by relying on a listing that had changed. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from our own fraud.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

18. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown at the top.
